Rapid craps??

If the casinos are limiting the comps or eliminating comps for red/black and pass/DP players -- I dont think the new Caesars will be able to screw with the "tier score" system. As I understand it, tier scores all depend on betting amounts -- nothing to do with wins, losses.

so the rapid craps/roulette tables are an excellent way to build up tier points at a low cost.

I hear In and out burger is good for rapid craps, as well as White Castle.

White Castle is guaranteed for a quick craps.
one reason why some players like the electronic poker tables was that they didnt have to tip the dealer. this is why the electronic tables worked at the very low limit games.

I can see rapid craps working at low limit craps games too where a casino would make money on low level bettors because the dice rolls come more frequently.

by the way, how do you tip dealers at a rapid craps table? do you hand the dealer cash or the one dollar you get on your TITO after losing the rest of the money?
Interesting. Can anyone confirm if there are card readers in the machines to earn points?

I know at The Orleans they added large stickers to their video roulette machines indicating that those machines do not award any player's club points. Too bad, as I was able to keep my daily average up there pretty easily when they did!

Good question Knagl.. so I called the casino and asked. First, theyre not hooked up to Total Rewards yet, but have their own players card and comp system. It is not a computerized system either. You hand your card to the dealer and they rate you as you play. they would cancel out the doey-dont bets. well, that kills that idea about racking up points for your Caesars tier score. LOL

All you have to do is get one player to play the "don't" while you play the "do". Your bets wipe each other out and you both build up points. If you get points for the Odds bet, you could get points very fast at 10X.

Hey Ray Sssssssssh . That sounds like a great plan.

This "doey-don't" system is a horrible way to build comp points except on those occasions (that Wynn buffet) where they are comping at a rate of over 100% of your expected loss. What you are doing is guaranteeing a loss in exchange for eliminating volatility.I'd be very surprised if you got points on the odds bets since these bets don't have a house advantage.

As was pointed out before in another thread, Cosmo counts the odds bets. And Caesars also rates odds in some way. I say that because no one really knows how table play is rated because of the variables -- which are human. I hate to say this, but its true... Ive spent a weekend playing craps at Caesars (15 hours++) and a week later phoned my host to discover that I was rated for a half hour of play at table minimum.

besides that, doey-dont can be an excellent way to build comps and tier score -- and it is especially good without ODDS.

the house advantage on pass and dont pass is approx 1.4%.

better yet... it is a marvelous way to convert free play into cash. slapinfunk and I toyed with this idea. he plays the dont, I play the pass with our "free play" and at the end of the session combine our wins which are paid in real chips and cash it out.
