I don't think it will change the results, but it really needs to be looked at from a cybersecrity point of view to see if hackers were able to gain acess to the systems.
If Trump had lost and challenged the results in some battleground states, the people now supporting the recount would be claiming 'he's trying to subvert our democracy'.
Asking for a recount is subverting democracy? Okay. So answer this. Suppose a recount does produce evidence of outside interference? Would you suggest it is ignored?
