Recovering from ankle surgery

Put some racing stripes and spinner rims on the scooter!
Glad your getting better
With a broken right tib/fib I was still able to drive my automatic car with my LEFT foot.
Not that difficult.
Wheelchair in the back and crutches on the passenger seat.
I had a Ford Ranchero back then. Took a YEAR to heal.
"Healed" is when you can jump up and down on the healed leg.

Never tried a mobility scooter. If I did,I would HOT ROD it!
Fat tires and upraded motor and bigger batteries......
The scooter isn’t motorized. It is like a kids scooter only your knee rests on the platform rather than your foot. You use your good food to push it along. It is able to get in really tight spaces that you can’t get in with a wheel chair or crutches, so I like it. Again, thanks for the well wishes, and here is what it looks like with the boot off.

My stitches come out Monday.
Hey at least you don't have staples.

Those are on the inside attaching the tendon to the bone.

Staples are not that bad.
I was able to get the stainless steel brace part that held my bone together.
Made a great broom stick repair!
If I get injured B-4 my March trip I'M STILL GOING!!!!
I can get an arm over the craps table, easily.

Ripped on Oxycodone and beers ... WHEEE DOGGIES!
