Red Rock, M Resort, or Green Valley?

Green Valley is closer to the airport.

Remember the reality show that ws filmed at Green Valley. That was some bunch that worked there.

That was the reality show titled "American Casino".

After it was over I asked a security guard if any of the people on the show were still at GVR.

He told me they were not.

The casino manager Joe went to Red Rock along with the casino host Matt Sacca.
The assistant marketing guy, Dave Demontmullen, went to Hooters
Michael Tata of course died

and the biggest bitch I've ever seen on television, Ninya, was fired.
I agree with Snidely - GVR has easy access to a very nice shopping area. If she's not doing much gambling, and I don't see her spending all of her time at the pool, GVR is a better bet, so to speak. Sometimes it's nice just to get away from the casino atmosphere.

All three have their plusses and minuses.

Throw in a desire to hike, Red Rock gets further consideration. But I think having The District next to GVR is the clincher for a light gambler.

Here is what I recommend. Have her research the three properties and determine which restaurants sound the best. For me dining options are very high on my priority list.

Green Valley Ranch. Felt more upscale than the other two properties you mentioned. Nice pool. Some nice shopping right next door.

Ditto. GVR hands down since relaxation is primary.

GVR used to have a free shuttle to the airport, haven't been in a while so not sure.

Pool area is very nice. Fewer kids.

Actually, GVR is styled after Argentinian architecture.

As for which of these three is best, I think it comes down to personal preference. For me, M wins hands down. They have the best food and atmosphere in my opinion, and their customer service is excellent. RR has the worst in these three categories, I've found that the maintenance of the rooms is not always good, and customer service is poor. RR is also very far away from almost everything else in Vegas. I stopped going to RR a couple of years ago. GVR is OK. The rooms aren't as nice or as modern as M and RR, but they're perfectly fine, and the food choices are pretty good. If you want shopping opportunities, GVR wins hands down, and the pools and spa are excellent.

Thanks for the help from everyone. The M Resort is out as one of the nights is already sold out. Still considering RR and GV.
I've stayed at both properties. Red rock at Christmas it had nice appointed rooms the in June we stayed at green valley ranch. I liked the pool area at both but I really think she would like green valley ranch because off the shops and lots of food choices around the resort. And also across the street.
Take a look at the Rampart...their pool is nicer than the three you mentioned...and its a nice, quiet, hoity-toitey type place
I would send her to the Silverton. Cozy hotel that isn't too big and has lots of promotions. Good food!
