Today I would review pricing on Travelocity and Thrifty rental cars, and lock in a refundable price at either of these two sites (Today on Thrifty's site, you can get a Galant for about $650 including taxes and fees for your two weeks). This locks in a maximum price but you are not committed.
On March 30 I would check pricing and Travelocity and Thrifty, and then offer a bid at Priceline about $125 lower than the best price you've found through your investigations. When bidding cars with Priceline, I would only bid on premium car rentals..................which is an option.

I use this one also, always the cheapest I've evr found and you don't have to give your credit card to save it.

This a a good one. They will also notify you when rates drop if you click on that option. I have re-booked as many as four or five times as prices tend to fluctuate greatly, sometimes from day to day. Have a great trip!
Very nice. I used to hold a Costco membership, but I no longer do. I assume that one must hold a membership to enjoy rental car benefits. Is this true?

It includes all taxes and fees. They always show the bottom line cost.
