Rental Cars in Vegas

We always use Alamo and have found that the rates are high (again). I usually book a midsize car and watch the rates come down. They have come down but not for some time now.

Last year I had a $40 coupon code for Alamo and can't find it this year.

Does anyone have it?

Rental rates have been very high & factoring in the high taxes nakes it even worse

chessie--hoops2 Have had problems with Alamo site for two weeks finally sent two feedback emails and finally got site working as to being able to sign in. Please take a look under tropic transportation I just rented full size $150.14 for a week 1/22---1/29. Anything under &180 I feel is ok and saves time. I did run into a problem when I tried to cancel one online I seen a coupon under deals and rented again before I cancelled the first reservation. No big deal girl was very nice and was handled within a few minutes without a problem. GOOD LUCK

Actually I didnt do too bad this time........5 days for 110 dollars at Fox Rentals. Only thing is you have to take a second shuttle to their site (as of last year, Im not sure if they moved to the rental car center)........sometimes you just have to get lucky when you check prices. Oh and the 110 bucks was for a mid-sized car. I thought it was a pretty good deal including taxes.

Are the prices you're quoting before or after taxes?

If I'm not mistaking the car $87.00 or there abouts but it totalled out at $150.14

I have always had exceptional service and good prices from Dollar Express. Last trip was 12 days for just over $300.00 - everything in. Car was waiting for me with the keys in the ignition - no line - no wait - and it took less than one minute to return. I highly recommend them.
