I'll pass.

Figures. Even you don't believe the tripe you post.
That's not it. I trust PJ to pay off a bet if he loses. I don't trust you.

Correction..................I meant Billy fucking Lurker. I'm not sure.

Now you don't trust me.

I'm beginning to see a pattern here.
In fact, I'm starting to suspect you don't like me.

Most any business of any substance has been sued in the past, has pending suits today and will be sued in the future. That is part of doing business in our litigious society...
That's pathetic. The NY Attorney General brought the suit because protecting consumers is his fucking JOB. Litigious society my ass.

I was talking about the two pending class action law suits that have not been resolved... The only point I was making is that it's pretty common for large businesses to be sued in civil court..oh and just because you're sued for something by a class action lawyer or the NY Attorney General doesn't mean you're guilty. Didn't you sue some company over a dollar? Talk about litigious.

Oh an just because you're investigated by the FBI doesn't mean you're guilty of a crime...and If you were guilty of a crime, it would probably be more serious than being sued in civil court by anyone...Ok that was my point too.

Trump claimed each instructor was handpicked by him and was a recognized expert in the NY State real estate. This week, when deposed, he didn't recognize the names or photos of his hand picked staff.
It's a pattern. The head of Trump Mortgage was six months out of school and met DT the weekend he was hired, yet was described in a press release as having fifteen years experience making mortgage deals and an expert in the field. In 2007, DR predicted NY real estate was about to experience an unprecedented boom.
Trump Vodka, Trump Air, and let's not forget the billboard he erected after he tore down Trumps World Fair proclaiming that on this spot he himself would build the largest casino in the world. Fifteen years later, it's still a gaping hole.

Everyone makes mistakes. Especially entrepreneurs who have started hundreds of businesses.. Are these the worst of Donald's? Let's get them all out now so there aren't any last minute surprises.

You know just about any fortune 100 CEO runs business units that have been responsible for 100's of times worse business errors...some of them even criminal....because when you and the tens of thousands of people who work for you make millions of decisions...some of them are going to be wrong.....very wrong. Trump is small potatoes compared to any one of them.

So should we disqualify all big business men because we can surely find 100 bad decisions in their entire business career? Of course not. You also have to look at business successes. Criminal misconduct is another story...but as far as I know Trump has never been charged in any criminal case. Am I wrong about that?

Now, all that being said I'm not sure I can actually bring myself to voting for Trump....but certainly not because of a half dozen questionable business decisions...or non-criminal business practices. If you have a lot of responsibility...if you make a lot of decisions...some of them are going to be wrong...Duh. Would you rather have some bureaucrat who has never made a consequential decision...never hired anyone....never run anything?

To me it reeks of the spin of opposition research trying to nitpick a person's business or political or personal life to their own political end. Benghazi!

Why did the moron leave his house?
To vote for Donald Trump.
