First, the safety and security of the United States, and the livelihood of some of those who do that work, should not be held hostage to your question. Which is why Boehner had to cave.
And people should always establish the truthfulness of their premise before they ask a question about it. People with integrity, that is.

The White House has said that the Justice Department will appeal the decision.
