Resort Fees

I just Heard That Caesars Properties will start charging Resort Fees Now . Any Information ???

a demand from their patron's ?

Caesars Properties will start charging Resort Fees Now. It varies by property. Platinum and above and comped rooms seem to be exempt.

I'm DEMANDING that Caesers charge me money for resort fees.

I have a reservation at The Flamingo for June but I made the reservation in January. I wonder if they'll try to sneak the charge in. I guess that's the last time I'll ever be staying there.

I've read they will not charge a resort fee on reservations made prior to March 1.

I read that too. I was just wondering if they might try to sneak it in. I specifically chose The Flamingo because they don't have a resort fee. Not sure where I'll go next time.

I just made a reservation for the week of Aug. 25 (6 nights) & was not charged the $20 resort fee. I am Diamond.

But, my question is, will I receive the stuff (internet access, free gym admissions) that others get while paying the resort fee?

It would be nice if all those that charge a RF would include a fun book.
They could have things like:
$10 FSP
$10 off in one of their eateries
$10 off room service
Free continental breakfast (this can be done on each floor by using one room as a hospitality suite)

All of these could easily intice the guest to spend more.

not sure yet. But if you are Diamond, you should be getting admission to the fitness center free anyway
