A recent post asked about the Benihana $30 birthday offer. I've put together a list of restaurants that give you a discounted or free item for signing up and also for your birthday.
Some are better than others, and some may be only local to the Dallas area or TX , but I know that lots of the chains have Las Vegas outlets.
I'd suggest calling your local restaurant as most say "at participating locations". And, YMMV, but these are what I've experienced since this is my birthday month.
I'd also recommend setting up a separate e-mail account for these signups as many of them will inundate you with promotions and discount deals. Chili's in particular seems to offer a free apetizer or queso with entree purchase about once a month.
