We have to make it to CC steakhouse next time.

Love CC Steakhouse. It doesn't look like it even belongs in that casino. I want to try Yardbird at the Venetian.

I ate at Bob Taylor's Ranchhouse in the 1980's and it was great. They served "family style" where you passed aroud the plates of food. Was really great back then. Ann Road was a distant road back then which was hard to find. Nowadays it's not far from Santa Fe Station!

I've been meaning to go to CC Steakhouse for years, but I just never make it. I know it's a stupid excuse, but we always stay center strip, or downtown, and it's hard to get a dozen guys moving in any specific direction, especially if it's 3 miles away. Soon I'll eat there, I hope.

One little secret. Their anniversary is in June. They always price the filet at a lower cost during the month of June.

I'll try to remember that!

Another somewhat secret, their wine list is fairly weak. Corkage is a mere $20 though we have never been charged a corkage fee. I "was not" told this by a waiter there, if you bring in a very nice bottle or two and are friendly with the staff they will "forget" to add the corkage to the bill.
