Resteraunt stakeout

Its as how that was on food network tonight and they were doing a story on the firefly tapas place in vegas. Pretty interesting, a security? expert goes in and tapes all the workers to see how they perform on the job. Some did OK and ,as expected,others failed miserably with one girl of course being a real bitch throwing a napkin in one of the plants faces. They really didn't even instigate her that awful bad.

Anyone see or this or have ever eaten there? The outside of the building looked familiar to me, don't remember where i might've seen it. J

Question: What are Tapas?
Tapas are snacks, canapés or finger food that originated in Spain. Tapas come in many different forms and can vary from town to town! But, what are they?

Answer: Tapas can be practically anything from a chunk of tuna, cocktail onion and an olive skewered on a long toothpick, to piping hot meat with sauce served in a miniature clay dish - or anything in between.

At least they use dishes that fit the food. I think it's ridicules when a fancy restaurant serves 2ozs. of food on a platter large enough for a turkey dinner. Of course, they do usually throw on a sprig of some sort of herb and a drizzle of sauce.

Just might as well skip the place and get a good candy bar and a bag of chips at CVS

Think of it as dining on appetizers. Order three, four, or more and you've got a meal, with quite a bit of variety.

Tapas are pretty good. You go with a sexually attractive person, order some strong cocktails or sangria and order up about 8 tapas, maybe 3 tapas you like, 3 tapas the other person likes and 2 tapas to expand your horizons. You share all 8. Then, you head back to the hotel for some fun.

I don't see you having any hotel fun after a candy bar and bag of chips from CVS.
