RIP Spock - Leonard Nimoy passed away

Mr. Spock was always my favorite on the original Star Trek series, and I had the pleasure of hearing Leonard Nimoy speak at a Star Trek convention in 1989. He read some original poetry he composed, and that was the first time I found out that he had an artistic side.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Nimoy. The joy you brought us knew no bounds.

I didn't realize he was 83. He lived long and prospered. RIP

I believe he is the same age as Shatner and they may be only a few weeks apart

DonDiego especially enjoyed Mr. Nimoy's portrayal as the alien Narab in Zombies of the Stratosphere (1952) (a.k.a.Satan’s Satellites)




Mr. Spock's Funeral

Yikes. Nimoy was just 4 days younger than Shatner. Birthdates:

3/26/31 – Nimoy
3/22/31 – Shatner

Captain Kirk will be 84 in just a little over 3 weeks.
