DonDiego does not expect any public displays of hooliganism in support of Mr. Anthony Wade Moore.
I giggled silently.
That's smack dab on the ragged edge, DonDiego. Getting the shakes, are you?

When the video of this incident aired locally on Fox5 News it was clear he was reaching into his bag for a weapon. There was a caller on Fox5's Rant that thought the police were out of line. Resisting arrest is bad enough (as we have seen nationally) but if you are reaching for a weapon don't expect cops to treat you with kid gloves.

Me too.

Justice - as it is meant to be.
If those considering robbery know that they will be shot dead, then there will be no robbery in the future.

it almost seems best to make sure the assailant is dead(as long as he is threatening bodily injury) or you might get sued. I recently read an article(can't find it now) about a guy who was robbing a Mcdonalds at gun point and one of the customers thwarted it when he ended up shooting the guy, who was subsequently incarcerated. The convicted guy thought there was no good reason for the other guy to shoot him. HUH? Now the guy has to hire a lawyer, waste a bunch of time andwho knows, might have even lost and got a judgement. I've heard of more insane things happen in this country.

This is why businesses such as fast food, convenience store, banks, etc. caution and train their employees to not take action in a robbery. Avoid eye contact and hand over the money.

If company policy says employees aren't to take action, an employee who does so could lose his job as well as suffer prosecution by the thug's family or family of an employee who happens to be harmed in the crossfire. Disheartening, but true.

I love a good story where a thug gets what he/she deserves right on the spot. But it isn't worth the loss of life or subsequent legal difficulties for good people trying to earn a living.

I hope the person who shot the Rio robber doesn't suffer any consequences.
