Also saw the Monorail has 3 day passes for 28.00

There's a free shuttle that leaves from the strip and downtown. The stops are listed on their website.

Sam's Town is not worth a special trip.

Thanks all as I saw they have new silver strikes, this year they are cars.

They have a shuttle bus that you can catch downtown at the California and Fremont. If you wish you can also catch it at Harrahs and the Riveria.

I think that Sam's Town is a great place to play. They have over 3000 machines and also some good places to eat.

I always make sure I make a stop there every trip. When I was there in February I hit several small jackpots and got a couple of free jackets that I took home for my sister and my Mom.

Sam's has a very good steakhouse and the lazer show in the atrium is nice to see.

After a year long hiatus, we are reurning to ST at the end of April, beginning of May for a slot tourney they are having. Since I haven't been going there recently, I've never had a chance to take advantage of the Gold card they are offering me to eat for free in their restaurants. Just a week ago, they sent me an offer, but it said I would get the Silver card. I wondered why my offer had changed since I didn't use any of the offers. Sure enough, on Saturday, I got a letter of apology from ST saying that they had sent me the wrong offer and that I could have 4 nights with $100 FSP and a Gold Card. The Gold card really doesn't matter because I get everything comped amyway, but it saves you the trouble of having to ask for a comp.

As far as they ST shuttle goes, I'm sure you can get their schedule from their website. I know they go downtown to two of the Boyd properties, and to the Fashion Show Mall. Monorail won't get you to ST unless you use it to get to one of the sites they pick you up.

Not sure which route number, but there is also a regular transit bus which stops by where the Eastside Cannery is. It loops, not sure if it gets any closer to Sam's Town, but it's less than a couple hundred yards at the most.

I've always used their free shuttle from California Club downtown.
