I never knew this. I thought PC was good guy. He looks like a good guy on the sidelines. Sherman is funny as hell. Love that guy. Yeah, he's not gracious in victory but his outbursts are better than the vanilla crap uttered by the majority of the players.

A Seattle Seahawks fan had his arm tattooed to celebrate the Seahawks winning SuperBowl XLVIII before the 49ers-Seahawks match.



Now there is discussion in the Great Northwest that he may have jinxed the team.
An inaccurate tattoo predicting the SuperBowl winner is likely to be more embarrassing than an inaccurate LVA Forum prediction, . . . and likely to last longer.

Every fanbase has its fools, even ours. I do think Seattle wins the Lombardi however.

The way to resolve all these issues is to place a bet on the team you're against. Then you're good with it either way.

I'm sure it would be incredibly disappointing for Seattle fans to lose again. I suppose Las Vegas will be full of Coloradans, but I doubt enough so to move the lines to stupidville.

The year when the Giants beat the Patriots, the lines were so fantastically stupid.

My local casino (Presque Isle Downs) I made my picks for the conference championships as follows:
Denver to win
SF to win
Combined score of SF/Seattle game: 47

So here I am watching the final moments of the game knowing my Denver pick was good and SF driving for a TD making the score with the extra point SF 24 and Seattle 23.
Now let's see 24 + 23 = 47 and then......

......oh the humanity!! I've run out of emoticons.

If you are betting that way I hope its not much. Seattle hasn't lost a game by more than 7 points in over 2 years. Call me a homer but I wouldn't be surprised if its the exact opposite, Seattle by 10+.
