It's you not understanding the difference between very different actions. While you can easily ignore the street performers, Snidely cannot ignore you yelling in his ear and following him around his whole Vegas trip. The comparison is stupid.
The real double standard is someone who claims to want limited government demanding the government step in when someone says something he doesn't like....or dresses in a way he finds offensive.
