treegirl - awards are nice and indicate jobs that were well done in the past. Awards are not building the current structure. Face it, something went wrong while the job was taking place. That is where the blame will be found and placed - not with the inspectors or found on a wall covered with awards.

What DonDiego says may come to pass...just as Aristophanes was persecuted by the demagogue Cleon. I suspect DonDiego only said that so he could write 'Mssrs. Messer'.

Accidents do happen. Yes, something went wrong. You just come across a bit harsh against a company you most likely know nothing about.
Awards and jobs well done in the past do have a great deal to do with getting future jobs. I would think they were checked out and not chosen because they came in with the lowest bid.

treegirl- obviously you have some affiliation with this company. I am stating the facts that you choose to find unacceptable. If you feel that I am being harsh, so be it. The truth is the truth whether we accept it or not.
