I know a girl who got a DUI driving her kids to school or somewhere the DAY AFTER she was partying and blew a ponit three something. I couldn't believe it..just shook my head and said "...by all rights you should be dead". But to stay on topic of this thread-she wasn't from IA.

So, . . . based on the linked incident, why would esteskefauver scratch Iowa off the list?

Perhaps a country like ours with so many different states, etc was not such a great idea.

I know my recent post is at odds with my previous ghetto walk post about FSE downtown and rural America being candidate locations, but I really don't want to see forkush seriously hurt or worse.
