I don't think that it was planned - he did get escorted out. Seacrest was a good sport - which, considering all of his options - was probably the best one!
But I still don't get how Seacrest is worth even a fraction of what he earns in a year.

Funny thing is that I was going to write that how cool he was about the whole incident is an example of why he makes so much money. Seacrest is a hard working guy. My wife watches a lot of E network and he's always on doing lots of different shows.
He really is cool under pressure - but he just bought a $10,000,000.00 home. Count those zeros! I'm cool too - but I am not in the $10,000,000.00 home league at least not this month! March? Hmmm . . . anyone got any spare ashes?

Seacrest was calling it pancake mix. Probably easier to get than ashes.
