I have been to the show twice. The first time, we had front row, center seats. It didn't feel like we were craning our necks to look up, and enjoyed seeing some of the "tricks" up close that the stage performers used, such as when they did Jackson's famous "moonwalk." Crazy footwork, and unless you view it up close, you won't understand how they do it.
Second time, we had the front row, center, of the first tier. The railing is in front of your seats, and a very wide aisle separating the first tier from the "floor" seats. I'd consider that front row the best seats in the house, and I believe that is normally casino reserved seating. I preferred those seats because we had a great perspective on parts such as the hologram of MJ on stage with the performers.
I don't know where the "cheap" seats are in ONE, but I didn't think the theater was as large as LOVE, so I imagine all seats are great.
