Did Senor Frogs take over Kahunaville or is this another fun place in TI?

I went to Senor Frogs in Puerto Vallarta. Food and service was lousy - but I did get a photo of a passed out junkie on the steps that I sold - so it wasn't complete waste of time. Would I go back? No!
