The association of coke and meth with burned out strippers is a stereotype, and a way of demeaning them. Both coke and meth have serious physical side effects, which are especially damaging to females, including damage to their egos. These women are definitely likely candidates for chemical dependency, but in general, and from the story thus far, something more high tech, like codeine or oxycontin, is much more likely. Horse is probably more likely than meth.
