Should Trump make certain that Hillary is no longer shielded from prosecution?

I suggest that she experience a fair trial, or series of trials, just as most Americans would after committing such crimes. Americans need to be reassured that all are held accountable, no matter how powerful.

Damn straight she should. She was exactly right when she said there were two sets of laws, those for avg people and laws that apply to her. She absolutely should be given a fair trial, no need to have a rigged one.

Just pardon her and move on to avoid the appearance of political revenge. A trial like that would divide the country and remove focus from the important issues we face.

There are some major similarities between Nixon and Hillary. I think he ought to pardon her and not subject the country to further division. I think Ford pardoned Nixon for that exact reason.

Well it would be political revenge given there is no evidence she committed any crime, but go ahead and try nothing would be more amusing to me than forcing Comney, Rudy and 20 or so FBI agents to take the stand and have to answer why they broke the law. My guess is they would all take the 5th.

Here is the thing Republicans now have to govern and don't have any boogyman to blame for their failures. Myself and many others we be there evey step of the way to point out thieir failures too.

Do you believe what you write? The prosecution has the burden of proof in any case they bring. Crackpot wingnut theories from conservative websites and cable TV isn't admissible evidence. Like I said, put her on trial. Hell if I were her defense attorney Comney, Rudy and those FBI agents would be my star witnesses. Plus, I'd get discovery of any communication those folks made with members of Trump's campaign as well as Republican members of Congress. Go ahead I beg you fools to put her on trial.

The first time around, the FBI said there WAS evidence, but they didn't believe it was enough to secure a conviction. You have a very selective memory.

Whatever. You don't know what evidence the FBI has or doesn't have. Neither do I. So how about this...if the ongoing investigation of the Clinton Foundation does uncover some evidence of some crime I would pardon her and Bill to avoid the national distraction.
