While part of me would like to see the clintons prosecuted, I agree with Alan that an investigation plus a year long trial would be very divisive.

Or does it tell all Americans that we can move forward in a spirit of forgiveness in order to prevent the suspicion and disruption prosecuting your political opponents brings.
