Should Trump make certain that Hillary is no longer shielded from prosecution?

I'm really curious, did any of you go to school? Pardon/prosecute? What the hell are you talking about? It's going to be a great disappointment to the rubes out in the sticks but neither of these things is going to happen. We don't live in a dictatorship where the whims of the head man are policy. I'm hopeful none of you have children. Perhaps the dumb will die with you.

Do you pardon Huma and Cheryl Mills also? What about the Wiener?
The Weiner hangs.

Wait a minute, . . . . . that looks familiar, . . . . .

I guess you missed the part where Hillary Clinton has been under criminal investigation by the FBI. While the E-Mail investigation found her extremely careless, Director Comey believed prosecutors in the Department of Justice would decline to bring a case against her based on the FBI's findings. That could change with new political appointees to the DOJ. Also, it seems that the E-Mail investigation was not the only FBI investigation for which Clinton was a subject. Apparently, the operation of the Clinton Foundation is also under investigation.

Perhaps you also missed the part where Donald Trump won the Presidency and former Federal prosecutor (and America's Mayor) Rudy Giuliani is on Trump's Short List for Attorney General. Giuliani just commented on this very topic...

He claimed "Clinton was a legitimate target to be investigated and disputed that any prosecution would be political “payback.”

“There’s one tradition in America, right? Election is over. We forget about it. There is another tradition in America which is ‘equal justice under the law,’” Giuliani said. “And it would depend on how bad the violations are.”

Rudy does not rule out Hillary prosecution

So...That's 'what the hell' we are talking about. Perhaps you should better familiarize yourself with current events before declaring people you disagree with 'dumb'. Really...this thread is mere speculation. You're welcome to your opinion, but don't be shocked if Loretta Lynch's replacement is more inclined to have a Grand Jury review the facts of these investigations.

In my own humble opinion, that would be a mistake and it's better to move on from this horribly divisive election and put Bill and Hillary in the rear view mirror rather than front and center of a corruption investigation and prosecution.
"where whims of the head man are policy". Barack Obama 252 executive orders. Maybe the "hicks in the sticks" are a little smarter than you think, city slicker. Now I'm a gonna go en take a dip in the c-ment pond.
