I have a similar one as hoops.
Our department secretary is a real hard *ss, thinks she knows everything and can do a better job than anyone else, including the computer techs as she has a computer at home and knows her way around the computer (her words). She comes by one day complaining that her computer is broken and we have to order a new computer for her. We go over to her desk, reach down and click on the power strip and press the button on the computer. the computer starts booting up. Her response; "I always just press the button on the computer and it comes up, I didn't even know there was a power strip down there.
She comes by a half hour later, "my printer isn't working". Again we go over to look at her setup. Then we click on the ON switch on the printer. It instantly starts warming up.
We all had a good laugh about the know it all. At least she stopped grumbling that the techies are overpaid and that she knows just as much as them.
