Just a quick trip to Sam's Shreveport LA. Room was great.
Ate lunch at Binion's buffet Saturday on points. The crab and shrimp were delightful.

Went to ElDorado for live Texas Hold EM 1/2 poker. I should have taken it as a sign when I sat down at the table and 6 of the players have stacks around $500-700.
Bought in for two hundred.
Played about an hour, had three "good" hands. One was a straight. Beaten by another mine, J high, his Q high.
Had 3 sevens, beaten by a straight.
Had a full house JJ666, beaten by JJJ66.
Down $200.
At Sam's, My SO (significent other) was playing slots, a new one based on Blazing 7's, it has 5 cumulative jackpots. She lost $250.

I went down to the same bank of slot games my SO had been playing and stuck a $20 in. In short order hit the middle jackpot for $750. I gave my SO $300 as she was tapped out. She proceeded to loose it in short order in CASHMAN.
While she was playing I tried Double-Double Bonus poker for $20. I was playing 5 play 5 cent. Won a couple and was up some. Then a long dry spell about 15 hands in a row. Decided to up it to 25cent. Hit four of a kind. Ended play up $130.
While at Binion's played some Double Poker at 50cents. Ended after 20 minutes up $1.50 and some points to extend my points time 6 months.
Back at Sam's played JOB Poker machine for 25cent wtih $20 starting ended up $55.
Did some other slots as well. I don't usually play slots.
SO was so bumed loosing so much we decamped our comped room and headed home, we had planned to stay till Sunday.

Nice trip for us total up $500 to take home.
