SLS Signup Freeplay

Anyone know if SLS is offering any player's club signup bonuses for low rollers just walking in off the street and signing up. Many new casinos recently such as Downtown Grand, M, and Cosmo -- as well as some older ones -- have offered small amounts of freeplay of $5.00+ for new signups. Anyone know what new signups are being offered or are they considering previous Sahara members already SLS player card members, thus giving nothing to them except for a new player's card with SLS on it?

Don't usually respond to my own posts, but just read in the September LVA newsletter that SLS is offering a minimum of $5.00 freeplay for low roller new player card signup. Not sure how you get more: perhaps it is via a non-random number generator that mostly produces $5.00 but occasionally lands on a number higher than that like Stations and Downtown Grand does it..
