A snowflake's article of heartbreak

PJ's musings only make sense to a liberal...
As reported by NBC, CBS, ESPN, etc..

Cleveland Indians fans have rioted across the country in protest of the 2016 World Series. Despite knowing the rules of the game prior to playing, they were unhappy they lost and demanded the outcome to be changed.
They could be heard chanting #NotOurWorldSeriesChampion all across America. Even though the Cubs won 4 games and the Indians only won 3, since both teams scored 27 total runs throughout all 7 games, they are being declared co-world champions.
When questioned, Commissioner Manfred stated, "We felt as though it was the right thing to do for the nation. What kind of example would Major League Baseball be setting if we expected the adults who play this game, and their fans, to gracefully accept defeat? Instead of creating a bigger divide between the Cubs and Indians, MLB is confident that the Cubs will gladly share their victory with the Indians."

Yes. Why was score kept at all? Everybody is supposed to win. Worlds Series rings for all and World Series trophies for both teams.
So much happiness in Las Vegas

What happened to discussion of various views in a civil manner for those college folks? Seems to be the only viewpoints are those of people on the left.

Why do people go to college? To learn how to be a left wing nut?
I only have this to say-as a non-parent-- these overindulged, hypersensitive Millenials didn't raise themselves. If kids today are not up to snuff, parents need to look in the mirror to lay blame.
I have visited three different, large college campuses over the last 2 years. From my observation and from talking to the young relatives attending these colleges, the snowflakes are rare. They are there, they do exist, but they are a relative minority of the student body. But for some reason (sarcasm) they get way more media attention than they deserve.
I would say that the percentage of college kids who demand that their colleges disallow conservative speakers on campus well exceeds 50%. In other words, if you don't have Liberal thoughts, they will fight to keep you silent.

Try taking a political science course with a long hair, tree hugging, spit spewing, liberal for your teacher. Don't expect a fairly graded paper unless you act like a liberal.

Just from my very limited exposure at Texas university (which will forever be t.u. to me), Texas A&M, UC Santa Barbara and UCLA over the last couple of years, the population of 'active' liberals is much smaller than advertised.
I was at UCLA on an evening when some young republican named Ben Shapiro was trying to speak. The crowd that was trying to block his speech looked to be less than half that of those that were there to hear him speak. But, the anti free speech crowd was far more virulent, mean and nasty than those peacefully gathered to hear a speech. And of course the University and their police as well as the local news media were siding with the protesters and making a much bigger deal of it than what was actually happening.

My guess is that the "active snowflake" crowd, the ones you see in reports, are less than 20% of a University's population.
