So much for my Vegas trip this month

I rolled my ankle 90 degrees on a broken concrete step, with no lighting. This was after leaving my father in law's house. I decided to do a good deed and repair his wall furnace. Anyway, in the process I manage to break my cuboid bone in the center section of my foot. So I have a broken bone and a bad sprain in my ankle.

I ain't going to Vegas. Like someone else said, I don't want to have any complications while I'm over there. I'll go in April too bad the rates are going to be higher

I went to see the Orthopedic this morning. The good news is, I don't need surgery and I will be back to work next week. But it will take 8 weeks for this to heal and maybe longer for the swelling to go down.
Hey man it's not your right arm used for pulling the slot handle.

Suggest you paint your toenails a bright Red.
I say do a Vegas theme on your cast, then post another pic.
Nice knees! Hope you're back on your feet (literally) soon. k

Why thank you!!
Feel your pain. I've had to cancel TWO trips since November due to my and a family member's health issues, but I just now rebooked for 5 nights starting Feb. 25. Damn, I had better stay healthy this time!!! Rebooking costs $$.
