So who is going to.......

Good lord almighty. Hope you didnt ask for all of that in one's!

Okay Frankie it's your turn. Need you and lady friend to head to Silverton and get on one of those heaters!

Wow!!!!!
What a weird game. $6 per hand rather than $5?

Even assuming perfect play, placing $283,000 at risk with an expected loss of $622.60 for a nice comped room, a fancy dinner for five, and the promise of some more perks seems, well . . . .

Especially at the variance faced. That's less than 500 plays, a very small sample.

Once again I am reminded that I have never gambled, not once.

Too bad they didn't have TB+. That's a better return, but for some reason the casinos almost never have it.

BTW, congrats on the big win.

Not a weird game....actually a better return over the standard versions of 9/6 JoB, 8/5 BP and 9/6 DDB.

Try the math again....$283,000 divided by $300 is 943 dealt primary hands or 47,167 total hands at 50 play.

To be clear, we didn't walk in and say "let's bet $283k, assume we'll lose exactly $622, screw em for a big meal and hope they mail us some good stuff". I already explained that we had a very specific loss limit. In reality, we were never down more than $400-500....we caught a LUCKY run and just rode it out. We quit within $1,500 or so of the max credits that we had. Once again, total luck.

So, why don't you finish your "seems, well...." statement in light of me having to now explain this to you twice?

Arci,

Yup, I'm aware of TB+...in fact, if I'm not mistaken, I thought you had emailed the strategy to me.

Unfortunately, I've not seen it anywhere. At 99.65%, it's not a bad game. You can find it at GVR w/ 6x points so it's 100.25% plus whatever mailer you'd get. In the not too distant past, you could get up to 1% CB at Ellis Island but that's now history.

We really like the game....it's our favorite but it's really a love/hate deal depending on results.

Good luck!

Dan
