I spent the morning at South Point, where Broncos fans outnumbered Panthers about ten to one. At the Four Queens party, it was about 70-30. Lots of late Broncos money.

Betting syndicates will try to shift the line one way during a week and will then bet the hell out of the other side (simultaneous bets at the sports books) when game time comes close. I'm guessing that or betters felt the line shifted too much and they were not willing to lay that many points.

DonDiego's not posting to impress anybody; he doesn't care if anyone believes him or not. As usual.

Heckfire ! 5 of those propositions are just for fun anyway, pure luck to pick 'em right or wrong. And if he'd've had any confidence in the side and the total bets he'd've added a stop in Vegas to his Appalachia-to-SanDiego flights to put down some bucks.

12 people participated in the pool for $1 each, . . . pr'bly no one anyone on LVA knows. It's all jes' for fun.
