I just noticed this, look where the TP dispenser is. I can't tell if it's close enough for guy #1 to reach but it looks like #1 will have to hand guy #2 some TP after #2 is finished going #2 and if #2's #2 was really messy, say he'd been up all night drinking cheap russian beer, then #2 will be asking #1 for extra paper when ....well, everyone gets the idea, if not go back to #1.
