Social Rewards

I was just wondering if anyone else was using this program and how do you like it?

I use it and like it. I still have $95 left on my card from the last trip and hubs has $80 on his. We just got back and have another trip coming up Dec 1st. Every restaurant we have used it at has had no problem with it. I will say I ordered the $9.95 lunch special at Planet Dallies and they charged my card full price of $12.95. I was ok with that. The waiter did come ask me if that was ok.

I use it as well. I try to remember to go there every day. It may only give 30 or 40 cents a day of Total Rewards point.....but it adds up!

Between social rewards and the credit card, I'm sitting around $420 in comps for my next trip. I only get to Vegas every two or three years so it will be nice when I go next year. I set the Facebook posts to where only I can see them so It doesn't bother other people when I share them. They do add up, fairly quickly.

It's a good scheme, but as other readers say you make only 30-40c per day on average - or about $10 a month. If you have 6 months before your trip, that's $50 - $60 in value. It's fine for a few mins of effort a day - but it's not a moneymaker in the true sense. That said, it is free... I've been using it about 2 years. First trip I took $50 comp value after 3 months or so of posting - this time it's taken nearly 6 months to get the same $50 - point earning opportunities have been reduced a little over time. What I find is much better to play MyVegas free slots on Facebook (never pay for coins, just collect them on strip and also find the free myvegas chips group on Facebook). In 3-4 months I've racked up 160,000 gold coins more than enough for 3 free Cirque du Soleil tickets like Love, Ka, and Zarkana. That's worth about $250 - $300 comp value.
