Since the black man received most of the negative attention in a predominately white area, I wonder just how much attention a white man would receive in a predominately black area? I dare say the results would be similar. To Orderly- if you would purchase a wood-chipper on wheels you would have greater mobility for dealing with these situations.

Definitely wrong. It's hard to believe that people turned a blind eye for the most part

I also would like to see the same set up in different areas such as mixed race or an all black area and watch the results. Who wants to volunteer to be the white thief down in SW DC?

EDITED to add, TG is ineligible to volunteer, already proven a good looking girl may/will skew the results
