After a particularly brutal all day battle against a stubborn, upside down little girl and an equally stubborn doctor against C-sections, even though the umbilical cord was wrapped around the poor things neck and damn near strangled her, I am extremely happy to announce the birth of my newest and last granddaughter.
Olivia Grace arrived yesterday at a modest 7 lbs. 8 ozs. with coal black hair and blue eyes to die for! In spite of everything I am VERY happy to report baby and a very exhausted mother are doing well.
Everyone else can now breath and wipe away the tears. If there is a greater joy my heart could never survive it.
