Soon there will be a taco truck on every corner.

Good. Taco's are delicious!
You all don't know taco trucks. In Fresno we just had Taco Truck Throwdown 6. 35 Taco Trucks. 34,820 tacos consumed. These were just the top trucks. There's probably going to be one on every street corner before long. Oh wait a minute. Who cares? I loves me some tacos.
Taco trucks? I don't think so. Get ready for pho and pork belly buns.

In my old neighborhood, there was a Chinese takeout on almost every block. Here in Vegas, there is a Panda Express a few blocks away but not a mom and pop takeout anywhere in sight. I miss my crab Rangoon.

Exactly how many immigrants from each of these regions have entered the United States illegally?

This is good news no matter how one interprets it.

DonDiego loves Mexican food, . . . real Mexican food, not so much just tacos and the offerings at Taco Bell, but what's on the menu at local independent family operations. And he makes a point to seek them out in his travels with teechur.

And DonDiego loves Chinese food, . . . especially the stuff one can get at places like Panda Express, . . . it's like eating spicy candy ! He doesn't care so much for authentic Chinese-Chinese cuisine, . . . it tastes a bit too "doggie" to him.
(Come to think of it, . . . he'd probably find authentic Mexican cuisine a mite greasy and maybe even "doggie" too.)

In any case, DonDiego would prefer conquest by the Chinese, . . . and would find a takeover by Middle-Easteners especially unpleasant what with hummus and all that.
Ditto the Middle-Eastern food, and I'll add Indian. I've never had an Indian meal that didn't require extended bathroom time afterward

Curry
Hurry
Slurry

Hey, they rhyme!!

most of the taco trucks that I have seen are not clean by any standard, but then again, the restaurants are not much better. where I live, most of the taco trucks are not licensed or operating legally with the city. they just operate until they are shut down. you can get some good eats though.
