Indiana is now a Police State.

Its very sad The good news is the Federal constitution trumps the state constitution so hopefully there will be some sort of ruling down the road in the Federal Court that overturns this.

BTW: Justice Steven David was appointed by cuckold and Presidential aspirant Mitch Daniels.

Just a polite correction...us people from Indiana are called Hoosiers (not Indianan's) and we've all recevied a very good education in "small government" thanks to the people who got elected on that principle.

The court police ruling is just the latest example. Here are a few others:

- By state law doctors must now force a woman to watch an ultrasound of her unborn in an effort to guilt-trip her into keeping it. Such women are also required by law to sit through a session with a "small government" healthcare advisor who can try to talk her out of her decision.

- Our Small government has decided we are not allowed to buy alcohol on Sundays because of their small government philosophy of allowing religous values to trump the hours of operation set by a business owner for his own business.

- Our small government can now ask you for proof of US CItizenship if they suspect you might not be one when they cite you for jaywalking. They get to use lots of "small government" criteria when making that judgement.

And now our "small government" governor wants to shower the rest of the country with his small government good tidings by running for President. And Indiana will be a sure thing for him if he is able to pass the small government bill in our legislature that demands the current president provide his actual birth cerificate before putting his name on the ballot.
