Sorry Indianans

Not at all true, especially so in the context of criminal law. Zero tolerance, and the war on drugs were all part of an agenda pushed by the conservative movement back in the 80s and 90s, and it lead to many rights disappearing. Bush's war on Terror has lead to the disappearance of many more rights. As a result of all of this the 4th amendment is sort of hanging on by a thread right now, and I suppose if the Conservative Supreme court hears and upholds this case it will be gone altogether.

BTW: If I had a $1 for every conservative on LVA that said something along the lines of we shouldn’t allow criminal appeals in death penalty cases I'd be very rich.

What do you think I should do?" "Relax," says the Doctor, "take a deep breath and calm down. Now, tell me, exactly where is Larry's bar?"

He married a woman, got divorced and then remarried the same woman. You think THAT will disqualify him???

In the White House we have an Anchor Baby whose momma had a "Went Black And Never Went Back" tattoo on her buttocks. Who as a child beat the SLAVES his muslim stepfather had in Indonesia. Who was an unqualified affirmative action baby from prep school to Harvard. Who was a regular at the "church" of a racist cult leader. Whose political career started at the home of a Communist terrorist. Who was a chronic cocaine sniffing felon. Whose Dairy Queen (Double Dip) economics are about to be exposed with the end of the QE 2 artificial stimulus next month.
Hate to break it to you but Reagan got divorced, married a DIFFERENT woman-and won 49 states.

I see where Melbedewey is accusing our current President, of being a chronic, cocaine sniffing felon.

Please back up your accusations of chronic cocaine sniffing and being a felon, with FACTS, instead of just spreading your usual right wing lies and filth around the internet. Of course, I don't expect anything truthful to come from the right.

And as far as chronic cocaine sniffing, wasn't that your hero Glenn Beck. And speaking of double dipping, I believe Glenn Beck is BOTH a cocaine addict and an alcoholic ! How's that for "Fair And Balanced" !!

Do I even need to mention the mighty Rush Limbaugh and his "over the border" trips to feed his Oxycontin habit ?

It will be interesting what sacrificial lamb the quickly deteriorating Richpublican Party trots out to face off with our current president in 2012. Even the vote buying efforts of the criminal Koch Brothers won't save the Repubs from the ass kicking they are soon to receive.

Lets see Mail, under the statue that was first enacted during the .........CARTER administration. Yea, that Carter, he started the FISA judge stuff. Not Reagan, Ford, Nixon, Bush H.W., or Bush G.

The war on drugs, talk to Ronnie and Nancy about that one. At least tricky Dick had a clue about what to do and it was working. The more Ronnie and Nancy tried to bring down the cartels, the more the cartels grew.

The stuff enacted after 911 had to be done because of all of the f'ups caused by someone named CLINTON and his ilk. You know the rule that forbade the FBI and the CIA from talking to each other when it comes to terrorists. BTW, I would be seriously reading that 911 report which is what I am quoting from here. That same idiot Clinton, wanted to try a guy named Bin Laden in a court of law when anyone that deals with terrorists can tell you, you kill them and get rid of the problem.

I'll be one Conservative to admit that some people who call themselves a Conservative should be flogged in the public square and disowned from any government posts because they don't have a clue. Although joining them should be a nice boatload or a hundred of our Liberal folks.

Chef, you couldn't misunderstand this more if you tried. FISA is a great, truly conservative law, designed to protect our privacy and our Consititutional rights. So...

FISA - Good
Violating FISA (Pres. G.W. Bush) - Bad!

Cocaine use is a felony and Anchor Baby Barry in his own book admits to the felony.

Idiot-don't you know that Prohibition of both alcohol and drugs was one of the pillars of the early "progressive" movement? Harrison Act was signed by Wilson, Marijuana prohibition in 1937 under Roosevelt, draconian methamphetamine penalties under perjurer Clinton, alcohol prohibition under Wilson.
One of the hallmarks of "progressives" is telling other people how to eat, drink, wear seat belts, raise their kids, own guns, play poker, etc., etc., etc.

BTW: Justice Steven David was appointed by cuckold and Presidential aspirant Mitch Daniels.

Oh and malibber greatly appreciates Don Diego setting out the bait this weekend

You thank DD so it gives you a chance to hop on your tired ol'e bandwagon of BS. DD's posting of a current event that is truly disturbing and you have to take it and F@CK it all up! Pointing fingers and accusations and the regular pull sh!t out of your ass as usual. What? Cant find some stupid poll or statistic to back up yor nonsense? SHEESH!
You seem like a reasonably intelligent fellow. Why in the hell cant you carru on a civilized conservation and not just IMMEDIATELY wan to turn it political? Pretty pathetic.

JOHN
Who is this MarcisDavis poster you refer to ? Never heard of him before

As far as the Richpublicans hoarding all the money..... my town is full of those hypocrytical mutherfuckers !

They cry and bellyache all day long, using the local Richpublican rag paper (started by one of the most corrupt governors of all time, Lennington Small.....google that Repub criminal and get an eyefull of his criminal activities), then at the end of the day, drive themselves to their brand new $500,000 homes in their brand new sport cars, and once getting home, gawk at their brand new SUV's, Tractors, Combines, ATV's, Snowmobiles, and other play toys.

Then, the next day, drive to an early morning breakfast at some god forsaken coffee clutch establishment and bitch and gripe about "how they have nothing"......whilst their illegal immigrant labor does the hard work back on the farm.

Frickin loser Repub hypocrites........and this county if full of the pieces of shit !

Quit drinking the Beck/Limbaugh coolaid Dewey ! Next thing you know, you will really think that Dewey defeated Truman ! Of course, if you had that clown makeup slut of a Florida Secretary of State rigging the election, like she did for Bush 43's first go around......maybe Dewey would have won that election in 48 !

So please tell me about the felony conviction of Barack Obama for cocaine possesion. I am waiting. Please tell me about the felony arrest of Barack Obama for cocaine possesion. Once again, I am waiting.

Chronic ? You must have confused your heros Beck and Limbaugh when you wrote that word !!!

As far as drugs, why don't we discuss your hero, #43, and his college years. DUI arrest, drug use, ect.... OH NO.....hitting a little too close to home ?

Now that this thread has been hijacked by the Richpublican assholes, let's discuss Senator John Ensign from Nevada !

Where do I start ? Am i limited to 5000 words or less ?

A married "family values" man screwing his aide, then giving said campaign aide's hubby a job as a lobbyist, to try and "hush" them up, then when discovered by his own constituents, having his momma and poppa cut a check for $96,000 to the freshly screwed employee, then denying all said wrongdoings, then once discovered, admitting to his screwing of the aide, then saying he would not resign (because it would admit wrongdoing), then finally resigning, then finally delivering a farewell speech on the Senate floor, which was attended by NOT ONE SINGLE SENATOR, then retiring with a BIG FAT GOVERNMENT PENSION !

Now, if I had the next 20 years and unlimited words, I still would not be able to chronicle all the lies, cheating, and criminal activities of the so called Richpublican "family values" politicians !

Your precious party is going to hell in a handbasket !!!
