It looks like a homicide.

DonDiego recommends capture (done), charge (done), trial, conviction, sentencing, punishment.

If a capital punishment conviction results South Carolina offers electrocution or lethal injection.

And to think that if the victim had not resisted arrest and run he would still be alive today. I am not excusing what the cop did....

pj is excited because after years of looking the liberals have finally found a possible case where a cop murdered a black man. Meanwhile homicide by blacks on blacks continues to be a major cause of death for young black males

Looks like Hoops tuned in last night, anyway. Bummer - The whole point of my post was to save him three hours of his life. And here he is running to his favorite trump card to change the subject - Black on Black violence. And the sun rose today in America.
