The video only shows part of what happened, we will have to wait for more information. But, on any level it appears he was basically killed in cold blood, shot in the back too boot! Appears the cop tried to change the evidence by dropping the taser by the victims side. WHy the need to shoot someone 8-9 times in the back from 15 yards is just nuts.

He needs to face the full extent of the justice system.

I am with DonDiego up until conviction, for that is the job of a jury. While I am not a legal scholar, I have watched enough episodes of Perry Mason to believe that conviction or acquittal should occur after the evidence has been presented in court and thoughtfully considered by a jury of ones peers.
