Spa treatments: Any place THAT much better than others?

Heading out for the race next week, planning to spend that Friday at the track for qualifying and practice day, was going to set up a spa day for my girlfriend and another friend as a surprise. We're staying at the Orleans, they have a spa there, was wondering if any spas are THAT much better than others to the point that it would be worth bringing them anywhere else.

Anyone?

Harrah's has a very nice spa.
Went in for a back massage and got a LOUSY one.
Depends on why you went there or there.
What do you expect ?
Sauna,steam room,hot tub,mud bath?

My wife has done a number of Spa's while I hit the golf course. She likes Caesars the best of what she has tried so far. There are often coupons on Travel Zoo or Groupon for other Spas like Palms and they are often a good value.

I would check the reviews on Trip Advisor - however I saw no reviews of the Orleans Spa on trip advisor.

My wife has used the Orleans many times but the last few trips tried the M Resort spa and she loves it says it is much better and still a good deal.

Sometimes Red Rock or Green Valley Ranch offer early morning discounts on spa services. Frequently the spas at Paris, PHo, Palms, and Tropicana have promotions on Travelzoo. Caesars has the best facilities.
