Do you earn credit or points on your player's card by making sports bets?

At some casinos you do. I'm sure that Stations and Boyd group gives you credit. I have no idea about Harrah's or MGM.

At the Palms, yes. But that was before Cantor Gaming took over the sports book.

I have separate cards from TI, and Gold Coast casinos just for sports betting. The Gold Coast actually has a 3rd card for Horse Racing called Turf club.

I think you earn more points, and offers from slots first , then table games 2nd, followed by sports, and horse racing.
