DonDiego has enjoyed following sionow's travels over his Spring Break.
There is, or was, at least one "casino" which poor old DonDiego visited in Nevada once that didn't appear on any list of Nevada casinos.
It was in Virginia City, in the 80s in the fall sometime when DonDiego came across a salvaged blackjack table in the back of a saloon/tourist trap, . . . maybe the Bucket of Blood Saloon, maybe another. Anyway two old ladies were behind the table and 8 decks lay in front of them.
DonDiego sat down, and the dealer lady hoisted the eight decks into a shoe, . . . without so much as a single shuffle. DonDiego placed his $2-bet and lost; in fact, he lost 9 out of 10 hands, tipped the dealer $2 and kept $2 for himself, and walked away laughing. DonDiego supposed and still supposes the deck was stacked, but at least he has a story, . . . and can state that he played blackjack in Virginia City, Nevada.
Anyway, if sionow finds himself in Virginia City, he might ask about this game. It'll probably be run by daughters of the old ladies DonDiego met a generation ago. But watch out, . . . they pr'bly cheat.
