State Department email probe slams Hillary Clinton

I'm surprised nobody has said anything yet. The Ig said Powell should have left all his stuff but it seems Hillary's violations were pretty severe, private server and all. I love the part where some IT guys brought up concerning the private server and they were told to never bring it up again.

Her reasoning for the private server seemed odd, she didn't want anyone to be able to read her private mail. Were yoga and such emails that private? Whatever, she broke the rules and anyone else would be in jail already.

"A report by the State Department inspector general sharply criticizes Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email system, concluding that the former secretary of state violated federal rules and ignored warnings from underlings that she was putting her communications at risk of foreign hacking.

Moreover, the report finds that when two State Department officials raised concerns about Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server — and that it might be violating federal rules to preserve official records — they were brushed aside by a senior official in Clinton’s office who told them “the matter was not to be discussed any further” and instructed them “never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.”

The State Department’s inspector general has sharply criticized Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, saying she had not sought permission to use it and would not have received it if she had.

In a report delivered to members of Congress on Wednesday, the inspector general said that Mrs. Clinton “had an obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business” with officials responsible for handling records and security but that inspectors “found no evidence” that she had requested or received approval from anyone at the department to conduct her state business on a personal email.

Unless poor old DonDiego is mistaken, . . . this means The Hillary lied about her personal server having been approved.

The Hillary is the only Secretary of State who refused to answer inquiries in the IG investigation.

Whatever ! Doesn't matter ! it's only Hillary !

When does the popular demand for good ol' Joe Biden begin ?
Time for the Hillary Monkies

Wait! No "wiped server?" No "hacked server?" No "classified information exposed?" No "laws broken?"

And according to the report, out of the five Secretarys of State in the email era, exactly one conformed to standards. The current one, John Kerry.

Nothingburger.

Only Clinton had her own server, kept in her home, violating rules about keeping records at home. This has been brought before, but forky ignores this key fact

Gee, I'm old enough to remember when Hillary was supposedly violating "laws" not "rules." It must kill you to wimp out on your favorite talking points like this.

Oh, and Colin Powell had his own laptop, kept in his home, violating RULES!

Nothingburger.

It seems that the then Director gave it the all clear. If any rule were broken, it would appear they did it. But they aren't running for President.

I can't help noticing everything says rule, not laws. Can one be indicted for violating a rule?

If the rule is imposed by the Organization in furtherance of compliance with a Law, the answer is yes.

To poor old DonDiego that appears to be the case; but that's why the FBI is on the job.

Why dp you make such idiotic statements forky? The FBI has her server and we won't know what the final outcome will be until they complete their investigation. The state Dept. IG had nothing to do with the physical server only all the State Dept SOP's that she broke not to mention she said she got permission when she didn't. Oh, and you have to love how her staff told the IT guys to SHUT UP and never speak of the private server again, don't ya think?
