Moreover, the report finds that when two State Department officials raised concerns about Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server — and that it might be violating federal rules to preserve official records — they were brushed aside by a senior official in Clinton’s office who told them “the matter was not to be discussed any further” and instructed them “never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.”

According to the Inspector General's report no one followed the rules. Wait, I mean NO ONE.

So if you have the same concerns but your name is isn't Clinton, what happens? Sounds like Hillary's State Dept. was in goose step with Obama's DOJ, enforce the rules and laws you like on certain individuals you select.

Hillary's violation of State Dept protocol was a known quantity over a year ago. we were promised the 70 million dollar kangaroo court would yield something far beyond that.

But FOX News has convinced our right wing friends that old news is new news....and, boy, are they upset about it.
None of those other people killed Vince Foster.

Everyone knows that Hillary is a frequent liar.............a daily liar about important issues. Some people just don't care.

Only Clinton had her own server, kept in her home, violating rules about keeping records at home...
Gee, I'm old enough to remember when Hillary was supposedly violating "laws" not "rules."

Gee, some of us are old enough to remember when Hillary herself claimed
1. She violated no 'rules'.
2. Her homebrew computer server secure and approved.
3. There was never any confidential information on her server.
4. She and her staff would fully cooperate with the investigation.

Now it turns out she broke the rules, her server was likely hacked and certainly not approved, there were many confidential e-mails, and she and her staff refused to cooperate with the State Department IG investigation.

No wonder Hillary's ratings for Honesty are even worse than Lyin' Donald Trump's. Now that's an accomplishment.

Okay, let's take your lies one at a time. How about this one: "her server was likely hacked."

Go for it big boy.

I'm just going by what the extradited Romanian Hacker who has agreed to testify in potential 'grand jury' or other legal proceedings had to say. He does have some credibility since we certainly know he hacked Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal's e-mail. He distributed some of Blumenthal's e-mails to Clinton. Now, it's speculation that he Hacked Clinton's e-mail...that's why I used the term 'likely'....Even if he's lying, Hillary's e-mail server in the Colorado bathroom that allowed Internet Remote desktop connections hardly conformed to any kind of security best practice. So Hillary lied about her server being secure...whether or not Guccifer hacked it.

Your turn small hands.

Wait! No "wiped server?" No "hacked server?" No "classified information exposed?" No "laws broken?"

And according to the report, out of the five Secretarys of State in the email era, exactly one conformed to standards. The current one, John Kerry.

Nothingburger.

Not exactly.

"he Clinton campaign has carefully worded its responses when asked whether the server had ever been hacked.

An FAQ section on her campaign's website updated Wednesday poses that very question — "Was the server ever hacked?" — with a not-quite-complete answer: "No, there is no evidence there was ever a breach." [Emphasis added.]

It's clear, however, that attempts were made to hack the server.

In January 2011, non-government adviser providing technical support for Clinton's email system notified her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin, that he'd shut down the server because he believed "someone was trying to hack us," according to the report.

Later that day, the adviser updated Abedin with the news that "we were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min." The next day, according to the report, Abedin sent out a notice that staffers shouldn't email Clinton "anything sensitive."

Four months later, according to the IG's report, two top staffers discussed — via email, it turns out — concerns voiced by Clinton herself that someone might be "hacking into her email."

In another development Wednesday, a Romanian man known as "Guccifer" pleaded guilty in federal court to identity theft and unauthorized access to protected computers. It was Guccifer's hacking that revealed that Clinton used a private email address in the first place.

In an earlier interview with NBC News, Guccifer claimed that he was able to breach the server and even download some files — a claim that federal investigators say they can't substantiate. ""
