I think it's far more likely that Hillary and her staff did not cooperate with this investigation because they felt it was better to keep their mouths shut and let the IG just suspect they were irresponsible computer illiterates and more interested in convenience than National Security...rather than open their mouths and confirm it...or worse...Maybe we'd find it's also about which e-mails would be preserved for posterity and transparent through the Freedom of Information Act, not just about personal convenience. Now, "don't ever mention that again".
