An outfit called The International Business Times has reported that it had filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the State Department for Hillary Clinton’s emails concerning the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The State department had responded they would provide the information by April 2016.
As is not uncommon in this Administration, the State Department failed to do so.
On 31 May 2016 the State Department updated the estimated delivery date for the emails stating they would be available on 31 November 2016. (Ref: MUCKROCK)
Coincidentally this delivery date is after the 2016 Presidential Election. But that doesn't matter.
DonDiego predicts with absolute certainty that the FOIA information request will not be fulfilled on 31 November 2016.
