It would seem that this thread posted to stimulate discussion about possible corrupt behaviors in the State Department has, . . . . .
Based upon what exactly?

State Department's spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau has reported that The State Department has located archived emails of Bryan Pagliano, but that all emails sent or received from May 1, 2009, to Feb. 1, 2013, are missing. [Mr. Pagliano Pagliano was paid by Clinton’s Senate leadership PAC through April 2009. The Hillary departed the State Department on February 1 2013.]

n.b.By Law all such correspondence, if any, must be retained by the State Department.

Poor old DonDiego finds it, . . . umm, . . . highly unlikely that "The Hillary Guy" in the State Department Information Technology Office would not have sent a single e-mail during his employment while The Hillary was Secretary of State.

Of course a significant number of The Hillary's e-mails on her private server were, umm, . . . deselected before The Hillary turned over those records deemed appropriate for public release. All of the deselected records apparently concerned personal correspondence, . . .like trading soufflé recipes and such, . . . so it would have been inappropriate if The Hillary had "deselected" correspondence with Mr. Pagliano, if any.

This unusual circumstance may be connected somehow to the fact that Mr. Pagliano was, in fact, a political appointment. F'rinstance, although working in the IT Office Mr. Pagliano was not under the direct supervision of IT Office superiors.
And they may be connected to the fact that it was Mr. Pagliano who set up The Hillary's basement server.

Or, it may all be coincidence.

Thank You.

So in summary, your "evidence" is 100% speculation that
(A) there actually were emails sent between the two parties
(B) those emails contain content that meet the definition of "corruption in the State Department"

As a side note - "Speculation" was the basis for Geraldo Riviera's conviction that great treasure would be found in Al Capone's vaults. Its a classic

I'm still shocked that this trustworthy and honest organization, the Justice Department, can't find these records. Apparently this is simply an unfortunate and innocent oversight.

Hillary Rakes in Nearly $75,000 From Justice Department Employees
McCain Raked in Nearly $65,000 from Justice Department Employees in 2008

More evidence of.........nothing!

Do you truly not see the problem? Was McCain under the threat of indictment at that time?

Actually my "speculation" is simpler than that.

The State Department has found no e-mails sent by Mr. Pagliano to anyone over the State Department e-mail network during the interval when The Hillary and he were simultaneously employed there.
And no e-mails from/to Mr. Paglianio were turned over by The Hillary from the basement server network.

There are e-mails on the State Department network from/to Mr. Pagliano after The Hillary left.

His total electronic silence until The Hillary left seems peculiar.

DonDiego has no idea what the content of the now-nonexistent e-mails may have been. This is pr'bly why they are now nonexistent.

Maybe the geeky server dude found granny Hillary attractive? Could that be the issue? You know those "IT types".

There is no question that the Justice Department is corrupt. I suspect, however, that the FBI will do their job in such a thorough way that the evidence will back the JD into a corner. They will be forced to indict Hillary.

Of course there should be an indictment, b ut I wouldn't hold my breath. Not a good idea to cross the Clintons.
I'm just curious as to who is paying for the high price legal talent assigned to Liarry's ......Pagliano, who as an IT guy, I suspect has more limited assets with which to pay the lawyers involved here. Just a simple question.
